A single explosion model for the supernova remnant 3C 400.2
We present a numerical simulation carried out in order to explain thecomplex morphology of the supernova remnant (SNR) 3C 400.2. Numericalsimulations were done employing the new yguazú-a code (Raga etal. 2000). In the radio continuum, this remnant seems to be formed bytwo shells, which are partially overlapping (\cite{dubner94}). Takinginto account observational evide nce such as a previous HI study(\cite{giacani98}), we find that an adequate model for describing themorphology of the SNR 3C 400.2 is obtained by assuming that a singlesupernova (SN) explosion took place in a dense medium and close to aninterface separating this medium from a lower density region. Besides,we also present a new deeper CCD Hα image mosaic of the north-westregion of this SNR, which is composed of three single images. From thenumerical results, we generated Hα emission maps, obtaining a goodagreement with the observations.

Mesures de vitesses radiales. VIII. Accompagnement AU sol DU programme d'observation DU satellite HIPPARCOS
We publish 1879 radial velocities of stars distributed in 105 fields of4^{\circ} \times 4^{\circ}. We continue the PPO series \cite[(Fehrenbachet al. 1987;]{Feh87} \cite[Duflot et al. 1990, 1992 and 1995),]{Du90}using the Fehrenbach objective prism method. Table 1 only available inelectronic form at CDS via to cdsarc.u-strasbg.fr (130.79.128.5) or viahttp://cdsweb.u-strasbg.fr/Abstract.html

Precise equatorial coordinates of double and multiple systems - an astronomical support to the HIPPARCOS mission
Results are presented on determinations of precise positions (to theaccuracy required for their possible inclusion in the Hipparcos InputCatalogue) of 623 double and multiple stars (126 of them newlydiscovered) from the measurement of 39 plates taken at the ESO and theAstronomical Observatory of Torino, obtained between 1984 and 1987. Thetable includes the index number, the name of the discoverer, binarycomponent according to the designation by the Catalogue de Composantesd'etoiles Doubles et Multiples (CCDM), the magnitude of the componentsas given in the CCDM, epoch of observation, right ascension referred tothe J2000.0 equinox, declination, position angle referred to the J2000.0North Pole, angular separation, and DM and ADS numbers.

Visual multiples. VIII - 1000 MK types
A total of 1000 new classifications are given for stars brighter than B= 8.0 mag in the Aitken double star catalog. The classificationssupplement 865 classifications obtained in 1981 and 1984. Among thenewly discovered stars are 12 new Ap stars, eight Lambda Bootis stars, one Ba II star, and 60 Am stars. A detailed list of the newclassifications is given.
